In February 2022 we took a virtual tour with Addameer (Arabic for conscience) Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, a Palestinian non-governmental, civil institution. Addameer works to support Palestinian political prisoners held in Israeli and Palestinian prisons.

Recently, Addameer was one of six civil society organizations that the Israeli Minister of Defense designated as “terrorist organizations”, placing them at imminent risk of arrest, prosecution, confiscation of financial assets and funding blockage.
