Support Kumeyaay Defense Against the Wall
Construction contractors working for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers were scheduled to begin blasting the old portions of the border fence to clear the way for the construction of new sections of the border wall, a project championed by the Trump administration. The Kumeyaay Nation calls to attention that blasting will occur over their burial grounds and that the army would be skipping a consultation with the tribe for “national security”.

Demands from Incarcerated Community at San Quentin State Prison
The #StopSanQuentinOutbreak campaign is an effort to raise awareness about the growing spread of the COVID-19 virus at San Quentin State Prison (SQSP), after the recent transfer of 121 incarcerated persons from a known COVID-19 “hot spot.” As of July 9th 2020, over 1,600 people have tested positive for COVID-19 at SQSP alone. We demand that CDCR & Governor Newsom grant wide-scale releases now to stop the spread of COVID-19 across all California prisons.
