Walks Through Palestine

Walking through Bethlehem yesterday, I started thinking about our time in Jerusalem. Israel’s strategic planning for the future of its illegal annexation of Jerusalem is a vision of a Jewish-majority city, in which a high tech city is developed, diverting transportation and tourist attractions away from Palestinian villages.

This means more attention will be diverted away from Israel’s apartheid regime in Palestine, more Palestinian displacement, more Palestinian villages will be destroyed and land confiscated. This political planning tool is specifically designed to secure Jewish demographic and further control of the territory.

They will continue this as long as they are backed by the U.S. The U.S. will continue to support Israel as long as we allow it.
