Eyewitness Palestine delegation leader Noura Erakat, founding board member of the DC Palestinian Film and Arts Festival, kicked off the festival the first week of October at the The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC.


DCPFAF 2017 Opened with burgeoning film, Ghost Hunting.
