She writes: "I'm doing my part building the next generation of women leaders. Today, I moderated “The State of Race and Social Justice” and tomorrow, I’ll be facilitating my own workshop “Concrete Ceiling: Barriers for Women if Color in Leadership.” I love the woman I've become because I fought to become her. Now, I'm on a lifelong mission to train young women to stand up for their rights too."
