This legislation is a redefining of anti-semitism, making it illegal to publicly speak out against the ongoing Human Rights violations in Israel. Nora B.F. discusses the obvious free speech violations as well as the alliance with apartheid that this bill holds.
"Florida’s House Bill 741 redefines anti-Semitism to include “applying a double standard to Israel by requiring behavior of Israel that is not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation or focusing peace or human rights investigations only on Israel.”
