In May we traveled with Mesarvot, a network of Israeli activists that supports conscientious objectors in their refusal to become soldiers and take part in the occupation and oppression of the Palestinian people.

On our tour we got to know some of the strong young leaders in the movement and hear them tell their story. Hung out with the Shministim, a group of high school students who declare out loud their intention to refuse military service. We also accompanied refusers on their enlistment day and join a support protest by the network - standing strong against backlash from Israeli public - and much more!
